EDUCAST – The Destination India team of Jupiter Media recently visited to the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) to gain insights into its infrastructure and educational offerings.  The team was warmly welcomed to the campus  by Dr. Harivansh Chaturvedi, Director of BIMTECH reflecting the institution’s adherence to Indian cultural values.

During the visit, Professor Pankaj Priya, the Area Head of Marketing at BIMTECH, presented an overview of the institute’s broad objectives. Prof. Priya highlighted the teaching methods employed, emphasizing the integration of real-life situations in classrooms to foster creativity among students. He also discussed BIMTECH’s commitment to keeping students abreast of the latest developments in the business domain, emphasizing the importance of research papers and analytical skills. Prof. Priya commended the positive and energetic nature of Nepali students and encouraged them to choose BIMTECH for their excellent future.

Prof. Dr. A.V. Shukla, Chairperson of Doctoral Programs and a Marketing Professor at BIMTECH, provided valuable insights into the institute’s historical background. He explained the value of BIMTECH’s Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programs, which adhere to Indian rules and regulations while catering to industry requirements.

Pragyan Patnaik from the Centre for International Affairs, discussed the institute’s partnerships with educational institutions and universities. Oshi Mohammad and Ashish Kumar Kalwar, currently pursuing their PGDM programs at BIMTECH, shared their positive experiences. Mohammad spoke highly of the national and international level competitions available at BIMTECH and recommended Nepali students to join the institute for better growth in the field of management. Kalwar praised the supportive environment, rich culture, qualified faculty, sufficient opportunities, international exposure, and excellent infrastructure at BIMTECH. He enthusiastically recommended BIMTECH to aspiring Nepali students.
