EDUCAST, UniConsultants Alliance (UCA) concluded its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and excursion with a resounding success, thanks to the solidarity, commitment, and strategic planning demonstrated by all involved. The event, a significant milestone for the organization, saw the participation of associates, advisors, education providers, media partners, staff, and well-wishers, all of whom played integral roles in its success.

Expressing gratitude towards the contributors, the UCA acknowledges the invaluable support of British Council Nepal Director, Syed Zahidun Nabi, Webster University, Learnkey Institute Malta, Elmira Institute, Herzing University, and Concordia University. Their collaboration significantly contributed to the event’s success and underscored the strength of partnerships within the educational community.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of UniConsultants Alliance (UCA) witnessed a significant moment with the election of the new Board of Directors (BOD). Led by Binod Kumar Subedi as Chairman, the BOD comprises distinguished individuals such as Ram Sharan Dhakal, Bipin KC, Shalindra Kumar Chapagain, Nisha Bhattarai, Subash Bikram Rai, and Umakanta Sharma (Udaya) as Directors. Their diverse expertise and dedication to the organization promise to steer UCA towards greater heights, ensuring strategic decision-making and effective governance in all endeavors.

Additionally, the formation of the Corporate Governance Monitoring Committee (CGMC) underscores UCA’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance. With Ram Chandra Oli serving as Coordinator, and Krishna Hari KC, Ishwor Ghimire, Bijaya Kandel, and Bal Krishna Bista (Gagan) as Members, the CGMC is tasked with overseeing compliance and accountability within the organization.

The election of the BOD and CGMC marks a pivotal moment for the UCA, as it sets the direction for the organization’s future endeavors. Their leadership and oversight will be crucial in driving the UCA towards its goals and maintaining transparency and accountability within the organization.
