Successful Completion of 3-Day Teachers Training Program in Nepal

    EDUCAST, In a collaborative effort between the International Education Representatives Initiative of Nepal (IERIN) and the British Council Nepal, a comprehensive 3-day Teachers Training Program was recently conducted at the Aranya Boutique Hotel in Naagpokhari. The program, held from March 18th to March 20th, 2024, aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of educators in the region.

    Mr. Prem Thapa Chhetri and Ms. Reecha Regmi served as instructors, guiding 38 dedicated teachers through various educational strategies and techniques during the sessions held from 9 AM to 5 PM each day.

    The program concluded with a closing ceremony on March 20th, 2024, where participants were awarded training certificates. Mr. Hemanta Bhattari, President of IERIN, and Ms. Harriet Gardner, Regional Exams Director, South Asia, British Council, presented the certificates to the attendees.

    During the ceremony, Mr. Bhattari and Ms. Gardner expressed gratitude towards the instructors, participants, and the organizing team for their dedication and hard work. Additionally, IERIN extended tokens of love to Ms. Harriet Gardner and Ms. Pratistha Thapa Rayamajhi, Country Exams Director, British Council Nepal, as a gesture of appreciation for their contributions to the success of the training program.

    The collaborative efforts between IERIN and the British Council Nepal signify a commitment to advancing education and empowering educators in Nepal. The completion of this Teachers Training Program marks a significant step towards fostering excellence in teaching practices and enriching the educational landscape in the region.
