EDUCAST, The highly anticipated “ACU & PEC 1st Inter-College Girls Basketball Tournament 2024” is set to take place from September 2nd to 7th, 2024, at Royal Sports Central, Sano Gaun, Lalitpur. Teams from renowned institutions like Xavier International College, Blue Birds College, Triton College, Landmark Academy, Golden Gate International College, Rato Bangala School, and Kanjirowa College will compete in this exciting event.

After a series of intense matches, the top teams will battle it out in the semi-finals. On September 5th, 2024, the Winner of Pool A will face the Runner-Up of Pool B at 10:00 AM, followed by the Winner of Pool B taking on the Runner-Up of Pool A at 11:00 AM. The tournament will end on September 7th, 2024 after the grand finale.

This inaugural tournament is co-sponsored by Australian Catholic University (ACU) and PEC Professional Education Consultancy (PEC), both of which are committed to fostering the educational and athletic growth of Nepalese youth. Through this event, ACU aims to expand its global outreach by offering scholarships and support to Nepalese students, while PEC, known for its strong focus on corporate social responsibility, continues to empower students with educational resources and guidance.

With the competition heating up, basketball fans can expect thrilling matchups that promise to elevate women’s sports in Nepal.

• Winner of Pool A vs. Runner-Up of Pool B – 10:00 AM, September 5, 2024

• Winner of Pool B vs. Runner-Up of Pool A – 11:00 AM, September 5, 2024
