EDUCAST, Professional Education Consultancy, in collaboration with ACU (Australian Catholic University), has successfully established a computer lab at Shree Mahakaleswory Basic School, Solsing, a rural village in Sindhupalchowk district, on 18th Poush 2081. This initiative is aimed at providing digital literacy and educational opportunities to children from nursery to class five in the local school.
This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative highlights the commitment of both organizations to fostering educational equity and empowering underprivileged communities through technology. The computer lab will help the school and the local community develop essential computer knowledge and skills.
The project was implemented by Technology For All (TFA), which has been actively working in the school for over five years to build the digital capacity of the community. TFA’s expertise and resources were instrumental in turning this dream into reality, from infrastructure setup to teacher training.
This initiative has already received immense appreciation from local leaders and the school community, who acknowledge the long-term impact of integrating technology into education.
In a remarkable partnership, Professional Education Consultancy (PEC), a trusted name in education consultancy for over 31 years, has once again collaborated with the prestigious Australian Catholic University (ACU). This marks the second successful CSR initiative between the two institutions, further strengthening their commitment to educational excellence and community engagement.
