EEVS Kumariipati Organized English Essay Writing Competition to Mark New Year 2082

    EDUCAST, In celebration of the Nepali New Year 2082, Expert Education and Visa Services (EEVS) Kumariipati organized a dynamic English Essay Writing Competition aimed at enhancing students’ creative and academic abilities. Over 60 students from various +2 and bachelor-level colleges across the Kathmandu Valley participated in the event, showcasing their writing talent and intellectual depth.

    The competition was a part of EEVS’s continued commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), focusing on empowering the youth through educational initiatives. The participants were tasked with writing on socially relevant topics, providing a platform for critical thinking and expression in the English language.

    The grand prize distribution ceremony was graced by national cricket icon and General Secretary of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), Mr. Paras Khadka, as the chief guest. He congratulated the winners and encouraged students to continue striving for excellence not only in academics but in all aspects of life. “Writing is a powerful tool to express and inspire. Events like this build the foundation for confident, capable leaders of the future,” he shared.

     Devi Prasad Lamsal, Director of EEVS Lalitpur, expressed his pride in the event’s success and student participation. “We are honored to contribute to the academic development of young learners. At EEVS, we believe that education must go beyond textbooks—through competitions like this, we are nurturing well-rounded individuals.”

    Out of the talented pool of participants, 8 outstanding students were recognized for their exceptional essays. They were awarded cash prizes and gift hampers in recognition of their excellence.

    The event not only served as a celebration of the New Year but also as a reminder of the importance of critical thinking, language skills, and youth empowerment through education.
