Pacific Hospitality and Culinary Academy Celebrated Graduation Ceremony at Kathmandu

    EDUCAST, On the 24th of January, 2025, Pacific Hospitality and Culinary Academy celebrated the much-awaited Welcome and Graduation Ceremony at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, Battisputali. The grand event brought together industry professionals, distinguished guests, and graduating students for a memorable day.

    The ceremony began with a traditional lamp-lighting followed by the singing of the national anthem. The event was officially opened with a warm welcome speech by Mr. Sushil Thapa, Managing Director of the Academy, who expressed his pride in the achievements of the students and the continuous growth of the institution.

    Mr. Resham Kumar Lama Tamang, Chairman of the Chef Association of Nepal, took to the stage to share his thoughts, inspiring the graduates to continue their journey with passion and commitment to the culinary arts.

    Next, Khagendra P. Adhikari, Former Vice Chairman of CTEVT, delivered a motivating speech, highlighting the importance of skill development and professional growth in the hospitality and culinary sectors. Lucky Sherp former Nepal ambassador to Australia motivated graduate students to explore the careers in hospitality industry nationally and internationally.

    The stage was then graced by renowned motivational speaker, Rajan Koirala, who encouraged the graduates to face challenges with resilience and to use their skills to make a positive impact on the industry.

    Shesh Raj Bhattarai, President of ECAN, shared valuable insights on the future of the hospitality and culinary field and the opportunities that lie ahead for the graduating class.

    The graduation ceremony proceeded with the conferring of degrees and certificates to the students, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey. Faculty members also took the stage to deliver a short but heartfelt speech, congratulating the students on their hard work and dedication.

    To add a lively touch to the program, students presented a vibrant dance and song performance, which entertained the audience and made the event even more memorable.

    The ceremony concluded with a closing speech by Mr. Sushil Thapa, who thanked all attendees for their presence and support. He encouraged the graduates to step forward with confidence and enthusiasm, knowing they have the skills and knowledge to excel in the world of hospitality and culinary arts.

    The event was a fitting celebration of the hard work and accomplishments of the graduating class, leaving everyone with a sense of pride and excitement for the future.
