UCA’s Annual Retreat Program 7.0 Successfully Concluded with Grand Participation

    EDUCAST, The Annual Retreat Program 7.0 of Uni Consultants Alliance (UCA), Nepal’s first B2B company in the educational consultancy sector, was successfully concluded with grandeur. The two-day event took place at Fortunate Resort, Bhaktapur, on Friday and Saturday, and was marked by a shared commitment to take the organization to new heights.

    The formal session of the program was held under the chairmanship of UCA President Ram Sharan Dhakal. The session reviewed the organization’s current status and outlined future strategies. Distinguished participants included former UCA President Binod Kumar Subedi, Head of the International Department Ishwor Kumar Ghimire, and Board Members Ram Chandra Oli, Subash Bikram Rai, Balkrishna Bista, Umakanta Sharma, and Trilochan Adhikari. Also in attendance were representatives from various international educational institutions, media personnel, invited guests, UCA partners, and members.

    Welcoming the guests, Mr. Ghimire emphasized that UCA is the first B2B company run by Nepali entrepreneurs in the consultancy field. With affiliations to over 350 international educational institutions, UCA is capable of offering alternatives for files from any country or institution. He expressed gratitude for the continued support and collaboration and conveyed confidence that collective efforts would lead UCA to even greater success.

    A profile video highlighting UCA’s journey and achievements since its inception was showcased during the event. Awards were also distributed to top-performing partners and employees for their exceptional contributions throughout the year.

    During the formal session, representatives from UCA partner institutions provided insights into study destinations and the universities they represent. Rakshya Karmacharya from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (Germany), Jackson Subedi from Elmhurst University (USA), and Sanjeev Sapkota from Britts Imperial University College (Dubai) delivered presentations. Similarly, Subash Pudasaini, Business Development Manager at IDB Global Services, shared valuable information on studying in Finland.

    Three new UCA associates — Diwakar Kuinkel, Amit Shah, and Bidhya Raj Sibakoti — also shared their experiences. They highlighted UCA’s unique approach compared to other B2B firms, praising the support from UCA staff, accessibility to international institutions, and the high-level facilities offered to partners.

    The program also featured the distribution of certificates and tokens of love to top-performing consultancies in visa and test registration categories. Awards were presented to Golden Leaf Educational Consultancy, Noble International Consultancy, and Educity International Education for visa processing; and to Northern Star Education Consultancy, IDB Global, and Secured Life International Group for test registration.

    Outstanding employees Ashmita Oli and Pratisha Dahal were also honored for their exemplary performance.

    Concluding the event, Chairman Ram Sharan Dhakal expressed sincere gratitude to all attendees for making the event a success. He reaffirmed UCA’s commitment to improving operations and ensuring partner and member satisfaction, stating that the organization will continue to operate in a consultant-friendly manner, keeping the maximum benefit of its members as a top priority.
