EDUCAST, Webster University and InUni Global recently hosted a successful Student Pre-Departure Session and Alumni Gathering at the Marriott hotel on Wednesday, July 25, 2024. The event, which brought together prospective students and alumni, featured an impressive lineup of VIP guests.

Lisa Blazer, Vice President for Enrollment Management at Webster University, shared insights on the importance of adapting to a new academic and cultural environment. She emphasized the university’s commitment to supporting international students throughout their educational journey. “We believe in creating a welcoming and supportive environment that helps our students thrive both academically and personally,” Blazer remarked.

Samrat Ray Chaudhuri, Assistant Vice President for International Enrollment at Webster University, addressed the students, highlighting the value of a diverse educational experience. “Studying abroad not only enhances your academic credentials but also broadens your perspective and understanding of the world,” Chaudhuri said.

David Blazer, Director of Visitor Experience and Event Management at Webster University, discussed the various resources available to students, including campus tours and events that help them integrate into the university community. “Our goal is to make every student feel at home from day one,” he stated.

Kayla Victoria Briel, Chief Commercial Officer at GUS, spoke about the collaborative efforts between GUS and its partner institutions to provide a seamless and enriching experience for international students. “We are committed to ensuring that our students receive the best possible education and support, no matter where they are from,” Briel added.
