EEVS Celebrated 21 Years organizing various events

    EDUCAST, Expert Education and Visa Services (EEVS) celebrated 21 years of success in education and migration services, a milestone achieved through the dedication of its global team, trusted partners, and the numerous students who entrusted their futures to the organization. Since its inception in 2003, EEVS has expanded its reach to 20 countries, established 64 branch offices, and grown to a team of 2,000 staff members.

    As part of the celebrations, EEVS organized various events across its branch offices, including a heartfelt Senior Citizen Honor Program from Kumaripati branch at Shree Shanti Vidhyashram located at Patandhoka on August 8th (2080-04-24). The event, themed “Respect for Senior Citizens: Identity of a Good and Prosperous Society,” underscored the organization’s commitment to community values and the well-being of elders, reflecting its broader mission of making a positive impact on society.

    The program, managed by Mikhabaha: Women’s Group, saw the participation of over 150 attendees, including 95 honored senior citizens. The ceremony began with a warm welcome speech by Bikash Gyawali, Nepal Country Manager of Expert Education and Visa Services. Gyawali expressed his gratitude for the senior citizens’ contributions to society and emphasized the importance of honoring their wisdom and experiences. He praised the elders for laying the foundations of a prosperous society and reaffirmed the organization’s dedication to upholding these values.

    Yagya Prasad Gaire, the Program Director and Branch Manager of the Kumaripati branch, facilitated the event, ensuring that all guests and attendees were comfortably seated and engaged throughout the proceedings.

    Devi Lamsal, the Managing Director of Expert Education and Visa Services, Kumaripati, chaired the event and elaborated on the purpose of the program. In his speech, Lamsal emphasized the role of senior citizens in shaping society and highlighted the organization’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility. He stated, “Honoring our elders is not just a gesture of respect but a recognition of their lifelong contributions to building the community we cherish today.”

    The Chief Guest, Ashok Maharjan, President of Mikhabaha Tole, expressed his deep respect for the senior citizens and commended Expert Education and Visa Services for organizing such a meaningful program. He remarked, “A society that respects its elders is a society that values its roots. This event is a testament to the enduring cultural values that bind our community together.”

    Special guests included Bhaila Maharjan, a 94-year-old local, and Lulal Dangol, a 90-year-old local, who were both honored with Dosalla, a ceremonial shawl, along with gifts and badges. Their presence symbolized the deep respect the community holds for its elders.

    Other distinguished guests who delivered congratulatory speeches included Kulal Dangol, a respected social worker, Ward Member Shailendra Shakya, and Apulal Maharjan, the Outgoing Toll Chairman. Each of them praised the initiative and underscored the significance of recognizing and honoring the elderly. They highlighted the program as a model for other organizations to follow in fostering respect and care for senior citizens.

    Samjhana Maharjan, Chairperson of Mikhabaha: Women’s Group, also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the group’s commitment to supporting the community and its elders. She expressed her appreciation for the collaborative efforts that made the event possible and stressed the importance of continuing such initiatives in the future.

    The event concluded with the honoring of the senior citizens, where each of the 95 elders received a Dosalla along with gifts and badges, as tokens of appreciation. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and gratitude as the senior citizens were celebrated for their lifelong contributions to society.

    EEVS Putalisadak held a meaningful blood donation program at its office premises, demonstrating a strong commitment to community welfare. In addition to the blood donation, the team also served meals at Manav Sewa Ashram, further supporting those in need.

    Meanwhile, EEVS Maharajgunj contributed essential materials to the Himalayan Old Age Home, providing vital supplies to enhance the quality of life for elderly residents. These initiatives reflect EEVS’s dedication to giving back to the community and supporting various causes through practical and compassionate actions.
