Notification of Education and Human Resource Development Center (EHRDC) regarding submission of proposal for a grant for management of school buses to large schools established after school adjustment.
For the financial year 2079/80, according to the approved annual program of the Education and Human Resource Development Center, there is a program to provide grants for school bus management to large schools that have been adjusted and maintained; Schools that have reached the following criteria must submit their proposals to the Education and Human Resource Development Center within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice along with the recommendation of the local level and education development and coordination unit or the notice will be published.
Basis of school submitting the proposal:
(1) As a community school, there should be a school that has received permission or approval and has been operating regularly up to class 12.
(2) A school management committee should be established in the school according to the rules.
(3) In the academic session 2077/2075 or the academic session 2079, two or more schools will be adjusted or merged with each other and there should be a school with at least 1500 students in the mountains and 600 in the mountains.
(4) The school should have a reliable road that can be easily accessed for twelve months.
(5) Commitment that the school itself or the local level will bear the cost of fuel, maintenance, and driver and co-driver for bus operation.
(6) Government of Nepal, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Department of Transport Management, with the commitment to comply with the provisions of the School Bus Directory 2074, recommended by the local level and the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
