Hub International Education Hosted Networking Dinner to Mark 1st Irish Education Fair 2024

    EDUCAST, Hub International Education organized a vibrant networking dinner and refreshment party on the occasion of the 1st Irish Education Fair 2024. The event, held at a local venue, brought together prominent figures from Nepal’s academic sector and international education representatives to discuss the significance of Irish education and its opportunities for Nepali students.

    The evening witnessed the participation of distinguished personalities, including Mr. Medin Lamichhane, Principal at Ullens School, Mr. Khagendra Acharya, Associate Professor of English and Associate Dean, School of Management at Kathmandu University, Mr. Uttam Panta, Immediate Past President of ABAN, and Ms. Wendy D’Souza, Senior Vice President for India and South Asia at Enterprise Ireland.

    In their remarks, the speakers emphasized the value of Irish education in delivering world-class academic excellence, cultural enrichment, and career opportunities. They praised the collaborative efforts between Nepal and Ireland in promoting student mobility and discussed the growing interest in Irish universities among Nepali students.

    Ms. Wendy D’Souza highlighted Ireland’s commitment to fostering a globally diverse student community and the robust support systems in place for international students. She remarked, “Ireland offers a unique blend of academic rigor and cultural inclusivity. With its dynamic education system and welcoming environment, it has become an attractive destination for students worldwide.”

    Mr. Medin Lamichhane and Mr. Khagendra Acharya shared their perspectives on the role of Irish education in shaping global citizens and its alignment with Nepal’s educational aspirations. Mr. Uttam Panta commended the efforts of Hub International Education in bridging educational opportunities for Nepali students with reputable Irish institutions.

    The program, hosted by Parash Pant, Business Development Manager of Hub International Education, concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the Chairman of Hub International Education. He expressed gratitude to the attendees and reiterated the organization’s commitment to guiding Nepali students towards international academic success.
