Kathmandu/ Dhaka, October 1, 2026 — Around 200 students benefited from a virtual education fair organized by Study in Nepal, aimed at introducing Bangladeshi students to higher education opportunities in Nepal.
The virtual event was conducted on Thursday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Nepal Time through Zoom, bringing together representatives of Nepali educational institutions and prospective students from Bangladesh.
The participating institutions included Lumbini Buddhist University, The Westminster College, Presidential Graduate School, and College of Art and Fashion. Representatives shared information about academic programs, admission procedures, study opportunities, and the availability of quality and affordable higher education in Nepal.
Speaking about the event, Bikalp Raj Pokhrel of Study in Nepal shared that approximately 200 students benefited from the virtual fair. He highlighted the importance of connecting international students with Nepali educational institutions through digital platforms and providing them with accessible information about studying in Nepal.
Pokhrel further stated that Study in Nepal plans to organize more active and engaging activities in the future to support prospective students and strengthen international educational connections. Such initiatives will continue to focus on student engagement, educational awareness, and promoting Nepal as an attractive destination for higher education.
