ECAN Delivers Critical Relief Supplies to Flood-Affected Families in Nuwakot

EDUCAST, Reaffirming its core value that humanity remains the ultimate responsibility, the Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN) has successfully concluded a major relief distribution drive targeting flood-impacted families.A leadership delegation from the association traveled directly to the affected regions to hand out essential supplies.

The team on the ground included ECAN President Laxman Paudel, General Secretary Bhabanath Humagai, First Secretary Suraj Silwal, Central Executive Committee members Bibek Basnet and Damodar Sharma, alongside member Tanka Basyal. Relief items were distributed to displaced families residing in temporary shelters at Trishuli, Betrawati Holding Center, and Devighat Holding Center in Nuwakot.

The emergency aid package provided to affected households encompassed basic foodstuffs, clothing, medical supplies, and other critical daily necessities. ECAN expressed deep gratitude to all supporting donors, volunteers, well-wishers, and local coordinators whose collaboration made the distribution effort possible.

Underlining its belief that even small contributions can rekindle hope in times of crisis, ECAN reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to actively participating in social responsibility initiatives and humanitarian outreach in the future.
