Lalitpur ECAN Successfully Concludes Its 9th Annual General Meeting

EDUCAST, The Lalitpur Chapter of the Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN) successfully held its 9th Annual General Meeting at Mountain Vista Hotel in Nagarkot. The event witnessed the active participation of Lalitpur ECAN officials, ECAN Central Committee members, representatives from other ECAN branches, partner organizations, and media representatives.

The program commenced with the national anthem and the formal inauguration ceremony. Lalitpur ECAN President Arvind Singh, ECAN Central Vice President Geetanjali Siwakoti, and renowned singer Yam Baral jointly lit the traditional lamp (panas) to officially open the event.

In his welcome speech, Lalitpur ECAN Vice President Birendra Bajracharya extended gratitude to all attendees for contributing to the success of the 9th Annual General Meeting.

Former Lalitpur ECAN President Surendra Pokhrel and immediate past President Upendra Dev Dhakal delivered their remarks, lauding Lalitpur ECAN’s diverse initiatives and extending their best wishes for its future endeavors.

ECAN Central General Secretary Dipak Raj Bhusal praised Lalitpur ECAN for its collaborative efforts with the central body, expressing delight over the growth in membership and wishing continued success. Similarly, ECAN Central Advisors Bishnu Pokhrel and Dilli Raj Dhital commended the chapter’s creative activities, emphasizing their role in elevating the organization’s reputation and inspiring new members.

Advisor Kamal Timalsina from ECAN’s Eastern Chapter expressed pride in attending the event and highlighted the potential for enhanced inter-branch collaboration.

Representatives from partner organizations, including Bishnu Prasad Kadel of Seven Star International Travel and Tours and Sudarshan Karki of Nozomi Polyclinic, expressed their commitment to continued cooperation with Lalitpur ECAN while extending their best wishes.

Geetanjali Siwakoti, the Chief Guest and ECAN Central Vice President, congratulated Lalitpur ECAN on the successful completion of its 9th Annual General Meeting.

The event also included a certificate presentation to eleven new members who recently joined Lalitpur ECAN, along with tokens of appreciation for all attending guests.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Lalitpur ECAN President Arvind Singh, followed by formal closure. The event was smoothly conducted by Chapter Secretary Sanam Maharjan.
