Bizz Education Hosts Appreciation Ceremony for Nepal’s Young Dana Cup 2026 Participants

    EDUCAST, Bizz Education organized a special Appreciation Ceremony to honor and celebrate the young Nepali footballers who represented Nepal at the Dana Cup 2026 in Hjørring, Denmark.

    The ceremony brought together young players, coaches, football personalities, community representatives, parents and supporters to recognize the achievement of Nepal’s Under-14 football players and the valuable international experience they gained through their participation in one of the world’s prominent youth football tournaments.

    Welcoming the guests and participants, Hari Karki, Director of Bizz Education, highlighted the importance of creating international exposure and meaningful opportunities for young Nepali athletes. He said that participation in an international tournament such as the Dana Cup provides young players with much more than football experience—it builds confidence, discipline, teamwork, cultural understanding and the ambition to pursue bigger goals.

    Karki also emphasized the significance of the Denmark visit for the young players, noting that interacting with international teams and experiencing a different football culture can play an important role in shaping the future careers and personalities of young athletes.

    Former Nepal National Football Team captain Anil Gurung congratulated the young players for their achievement and shared his appreciation for the experience in Denmark. Recalling the team’s visit, he expressed gratitude to Hjørring, Denmark, for its warm hospitality and unforgettable memories during the Dana Cup 2026 experience. He encouraged the young players to continue working hard and remain committed to their football journey.

    Former Nepali footballer Upendra Man Singh also appreciated the young players for their participation and achievement at Dana Cup 2026. He encouraged the youngsters to use international exposure as motivation to improve their skills and pursue their ambitions in football.

    Similarly, Shree Krishna Shrestha, Ward Chairperson of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality–Ward No. 3, appreciated the initiative and thanked Bizz Education for supporting the young footballers and helping them gain international exposure. He highlighted the importance of collaboration among educational organizations, communities, sports stakeholders and families in creating opportunities for Nepal’s youth.

    The appreciation ceremony recognized the young footballers with certificates and shields, acknowledging their dedication, discipline and participation in the international tournament.

    The event also featured musical performances and a motivational atmosphere, adding a celebratory dimension to the program. The combination of sports recognition, music and motivational messages created an encouraging environment for the young participants and emphasized the importance of setting goals, developing confidence and pursuing dreams with determination.

    The Dana Cup experience has given the young Nepali players an opportunity to compete on an international platform, interact with players from different countries and understand the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and perseverance.
