International Education Representatives’ Initiative of Nepal Hosts Annual Dashain Gathering in Kathmandu

EDUCAST, The International Education Representatives’ Initiative of Nepal (IERIN) successfully organized its annual Dashain Meet and Greet program at the Aranya Boutique Hotel in Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. The event brought together key organizational leaders, educational consultants, and distinguished stakeholders from across Nepal’s abroad study sector to celebrate the upcoming major festive season.

The program officially commenced with a warm welcome address delivered by Dev Raj Thapa, General Secretary of IERIN (Magnificent Education & IT Services Pvt. Ltd.). In his opening remarks, General Secretary Thapa extended festive greetings to all attendees and highlighted the vital role of unity, collaboration, and shared professional values among educational consultancy representatives navigating the evolving landscape of international education.

A central highlight of the event was the formal honor conferred upon Unicampus Global, which was officially inducted as a Lifetime Member of IERIN. The association recognized Unicampus Global for its long-standing dedication and valuable contributions toward enhancing student counseling standards and facilitating student mobility worldwide. Following the induction, distinguished advisors and educational leaders shared their goodwill remarks. Narayan Bajaj, Advisor of IERIN, extended his best wishes for prosperity, good health, and success during the festive period. Furthermore, Udhav Khadka, President of the National Association of Educational Institutions of Nepal (NAAER), conveyed his heartfelt greetings while emphasizing collective growth, integrity, and standardizations across institutions.

The successful execution of the gathering was made possible through the active presence and dedicated leadership of IERIN’s complete executive board. Key executive leaders present at the program included President Yogesh Chettri (Edu Bridge Pvt. Ltd.), Immediate Past President Hemanta Bhattarai (Mentor Institute (P) Ltd.), Vice President Manju Dhamala Thapa (Humboldt Education Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.), General Secretary Dev Raj Thapa, Secretary Laxman Yonjan (Eminent Educational Institute Pvt. Ltd.), and Treasurer Krishna Raj Pokhrel (Trans Globe Education). Executive committee members Om Prakash Upadhayaya (Om’s Abroad Consult), Rakesh Shrestha (Access Education Network Pvt. Ltd.), Sujata Sherpa (Study Square Nepal Pvt. Ltd.), and Shashank Poudyal (Nepal Education Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.) were also actively involved in organizing the event.
