Machhapuchchhre IB World School Hosts Grand Grade 6 Class Day Program

Lalitpur: Machhapuchchhre IB World School, Kusunti Height, Lalitpur, successfully organized its Grade 6 Class Day Program, showcasing students’ academic achievements, creativity, cultural diversity, and extracurricular talents.

The event commenced with the Master of Ceremony (MC), followed by the Chairing session, the National Anthem, and the traditional watering of the Tulsi plant. Students presented a vibrant lineup of performances including the school orchestra performing “Nachha Firiri,” a welcome dance based on the Pancha Buddha theme, Taekwondo demonstrations, band performance, gymnastics, live acoustic music, the traditional dance “Sar Sar Paila,” a Chinese song, an art exhibition, a modern dance performance, and a multicultural diversity show.

Addressing the gathering, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr. Binod Prasad Yadav, emphasized the school’s commitment to delivering world-class education while nurturing students’ leadership, creativity, confidence, and moral values. He stated that Class Day programs provide an excellent platform for learners to develop communication skills, teamwork, and self-confidence beyond the classroom.

Principal Mr. Hom Nath Acharya highlighted that the school places equal importance on academic excellence and holistic student development through co-curricular and extracurricular activities. He thanked parents for their continued trust and support and reaffirmed the school’s commitment to preparing students as responsible global citizens.

A special segment of the program featured students reflecting on their learning journey and personal growth at the school, followed by an impressive art exhibition and cultural performances representing diversity and inclusion.

Delivering the closing remarks, School Coordinator Mr. Rabindra Ghimire expressed sincere appreciation to the students, teachers, parents, organizing committee, and support staff for making the event a grand success.
