Bangladesh Expresses Solidarity with Nepal Amid Floods and Landslides

EDUCAST: Bangladesh has expressed deep condolences and solidarity with the Government and people of Nepal following the loss of lives and extensive damage caused by recent flash floods and landslides across the country.

In a condolence message issued on Wednesday, Bangladesh’s Ambassador to Nepal, Md. Shafiqur Rahman, conveyed the deepest condolences and profound sympathies of the Government and people of Bangladesh to Nepal.

Ambassador Rahman extended heartfelt sympathy to the families who lost their loved ones and to communities affected by the devastating disasters.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family members and communities facing the tragedy,” the message said.

The ambassador expressed Bangladesh’s solidarity with the Government and resilient people of Nepal during this difficult time. He also stated that Bangladesh stands ready to extend any necessary assistance to the people of Nepal as the country responds to the impact of the floods and landslides.
