EDUCAST, In a dynamic initiative to empower aspiring students, Bizz Education recently hosted the UK Admission Week at its office premises, spanning from November 26 to November 30. The event served as a valuable platform for individuals seeking educational opportunities in the United Kingdom.
Kicking off the week on November 26, representatives from the esteemed University College Birmingham (UCB) engaged with attendees. Bharat Shakuja, Director of International Recruitment, Samita Subba, Country Representative for Nepal, and Ivana Dundovic, International Recruitment Officer, provided informative information on a diverse array of courses, scholarship opportunities, and the UK as an academic destination.
On November 28, the spotlight shifted to the University of the West of Scotland (UWS), with Alison Anderson, Regional Manager for South Asia, Paula Barrowcliffe, Lecturer in English for Academic Purposes, and Sybaris Ali, International Recruitment & Admissions Coordinator, guiding aspiring students. The session covered an expansive range of courses, scholarship avenues, and the unique offerings of Scotland as an educational hub.
November 29 witnessed representatives from the University of Wolverhampton, including Braj Bhushan Jha, Regional Head of South Asia, and Rajinder Kaur, Assistant Regional Manager for North India & Nepal, enlightening attendees about the university’s course diversity, available scholarships, and the UK’s academic landscape.
Concluding the week on November 30, representatives from various universities, including Arju Sitaula, Regional Recruitment Manager at Solent University, Diana Tamang, Business Development Manager from Oxford Educational Group, and Suzan Ghimire, Country Manager for Nepal and Bhutan at the University of West of England Bristol, shared information into their respective institutions. The discussions covered a broad spectrum of courses, scholarship opportunities, and the appeal of the UK as a study destination.
Throughout the week, students benefited from one-on-one interactions with university representatives, on-the-spot offers, immediate PCI interviews, scholarship opportunities, and guidance on visa processing—a comprehensive package aimed at facilitating their educational journey.
