Second Conference of CPN (Maoist Centre)’s Educational Counseling Division Held Successfully

EDUCAST, The second conference of the Educational Counseling Division under the Entrepreneurs and Businesspersons Department of the CPN (Maoist Centre), Bagmati Special Province, concluded successfully at Hardik Hotel, Bagbazar, Kathmandu. The event was held in a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere, reflecting a strong commitment to enhancing the educational consulting sector through political and organizational strength.

The event was graced by the presence of Comrade Ramesh Malla, Co-Incharge of the Special Province, as the chief guest. Likewise, Comrade Krishna K.C., Incharge of the Department, was present as a special guest. Addressing the conference, both leaders emphasized the need for an organized and visionary approach to educational counseling, especially in the current national context.

On this occasion, Election Committee Coordinator Comrade Baba Basnet officially announced the newly elected branch committee under the leadership of Comrade Gyanendra Man Joshi as the President. The committee was elected unanimously, showcasing strong unity among the members. The vice presidents elected are Comrades Bhaba Nath Humagain, Geeta Kumari Rijal, and Philip DC. Comrade Santosh Sapkota was elected as Secretary, with Comrade Govinda Acharya as Deputy Secretary and Comrade Gautam Pudasaini as Treasurer.

The committee also includes members: Manoj Joshi, Rajendra Mainali, Tikaram Acharya, Pawan Paudel, Bimal Raj Giri, Sujan Yonjan, Sujan Acharya, Man Kumar Tamang, and Basanta Sapkota. Additionally, Comrade Surya Khatri was elected as the President of Sub-branch ‘A’, and Comrade Rabin K.C. as the President of Sub-branch ‘B’.

The newly elected committee received revolutionary congratulations from all participants, with best wishes for a successful, impactful, and people-oriented tenure. The conference is expected to make a significant contribution toward building a strong and organized network in Nepal’s educational consulting sector under the ideological guidance of the CPN (Maoist Centre).
